Refund:

For prepaid orders made via credit or debit card, we offer cash refunds back to the original bank card or through other payment methods.

If you paid upon delivery, you can receive a refund at our branches, via bank transfer, or to your mobile company's e-wallet. Please note that cash refunds are not available for online orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

بالنسبة للطلبات المدفوعة مسبقًا بواسطة بطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة الخصم، نحن نقدم استرداد نقدي إلى البطاقة المصرفية الأصلية أو من خلال طرق الدفع الأخرى المتاحة

إذا كانت طريقة الدفع عند الاستلام، يمكن للعملاء استرداد المبلغ في فروعنا أو عبر تحويل بنكي إلى حساب العميل أو إلى المحفظة الإلكترونية لشركات الهواتف المحمولة. يُرجى ملاحظة أن الاسترداد النقدي غير متاح للطلبات عبر الإنترنت

Return:

Exchange or return is allowed within 14 days with the original invoice only, provided that the product has not been opened or used and is in the same condition as purchased.

Certain products may have specific return policies as defined by their manufacturers or agents.

يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 14 يوم بأصل الفاتورة فقط بشرط عدم فتح و استخدام المنتج ويكون بنفس حالة الشراء

قد تخضع بعض المنتجات لسياسات أو متطلبات خاصة وفقًا لمصنعيها أو وكلائها

Warranty Terms:

For warranty claims on sold items, the agent requires the original invoice and the product box with the same serial number; claims will be rejected without these.

The warranty does not apply to power cables and accessories. The customer has the right to test the product within 24 hours only.

The warranty for used devices is one month from the date of purchase. If the customer wishes to return the device, 500 EGP will be deducted from the paid price. The return for used devices must be within 7 days at most and in the same condition as purchased.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, not misuse, and does not cover breakage, burning, liquid damage, or cable disconnection. The warranty sticker must not be removed.

شروط الضمان :

لضمان الأصناف المباعة يشترط الوكيل وجود أصل الفاتورة + علبة المنتج بنفس السريال ويتم الرفض دون ذلك .

الضمان غير ساري علي كابلات الباور والإكسسوارات ويكون للعميل حق تجربة المنتج خلال 24 ساعة فقط .

ضمان الاجهزة المستعملة شهر من تاريخ الشراء وفي حالة رغبة العميل في إرجاع الجهاز يتم خصم 500 جنية من ثمن الجهاز المدفوع والمرتجع للمستعمل يكون في خلال 7 أيام بحد أقصي وبنفس حالة الشراء .

الضمان ضد عيوب الصناعة فقط وليس الاستخدام وغير شامل الكسر او الحرق او وقوع سوائل او انقطاع الكابل وبشترط عدم ازالة ستيكر الضمان الملصق .
